Usha is an Attorney by profession and one of the founder shareholders of BEESCORE. Her responsibilities include the supervision of verification analysts and the overall assessment of verification compliance with the BEE Codes and current laws.
Usha has performed the verification of BEE Scorecards for a number of KZN based businesses ranging from construction, transport, training to manufacturing. She has represented BEESCORE as a founding member of the KZN BEE Verification Forum that acts to regulate verification practices in KZN.
Usha has practised as an attorney for several years in the fields of civil, criminal and commercial law. She has lectured in Criminal and Civil law and presently teaches Family Law at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
Usha has published in law journals and co-authored several books, including Street Law South Africa (Learner’s Manual in 2004) and (Educator’s Manual in 2005).
Usha has also delivered papers at national and international conferences and contributed extensively to community projects, including assisting at the Small Claims Court - Durban, providing legal assistance pro bono to the community at large and convening several workshops in Port Elizabeth on alternative dispute resolution and the proposals for community courts.

Letisha has completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, as well as her Honours degree from the University of South Africa. She has been with the BEESCORE team since July 2010.
Prior to joining BEESCORE, Letisha worked as a credit controller at TFD Network Africa, which is a division of Imperial Logistics.
In her personal capacity, Letisha is actively involved in various community upliftment programmes.
She has rated entities in the construction, transport, manufacturing, trade and catering, tourism, property and finance industries.
Letisha has completed her training as a verification manager with BEESCORE and has been involved with file reviews and quality control of verifications performed. She has passed the BEE Management Development Programme (NQF Level 7) with distinction and is also a technical signatory.

Michelle has 15 years’ experience in the corporate world of banking working at NBS and Nedbank. She has been involved in HR & BEE consulting since 2009. Michelle has delivered BEE training interventions with particular focus on the Construction Sector Codes. She has been a senior verification analyst since 2011 and has completed verification audits for QSE and Generic companies in various sectors ranging from tourism to accounting to construction and manufacturing.
Michelle is also a verification manager and has been involved with file reviews and quality control of verifications performed. She has passed the B-BEE Management Development Programme and is one of the technical signatories of Beescore.

Function: Senior Verification Analyst
Kerusha has had 8 years' experience in the BEE industry prior to joining Beescore. She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal as well as the B-BBEE Management Development Programme (MDP). Kerusha has gained extensive experience in the BEE industry and has a very good knowledge of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice and the various Industry charters that have been gazetted.

Chantal has had 13 years of experience in the corporate environment. She has been involved in HR & BEE Consulting since 2007. She has completed a National Diploma in Human Resources Management at the Durban University of Technology. Chantal has gained extensive experience in the BEE industry and has a very good knowledge of the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice and various Industry Charters that have been gazetted.
Function: Verification Analyst
Brenden has had 5 years of experience in the B-BBEE space. He has had both BEE consulting and verification roles. His most recent role was that of a specialized BEE facilitator, providing high-level training to organisations.
Prior to that, he has had over 5 years of experience in various banking products.
He was also a highly competent HR officer and area manager.
Function: Senior Verification Analyst/Verification Manager
Nathan has had 7 years of B-BBEE experience, and served as a Verification Manager, and Technical Signatory at two Verification Agencies with a combined 4 years of Technical Signatory Experience.
He has extensive knowledge of SANAS verification requirements. To date, he has assessed companies in varied sectors, ranging from Construction, ICT, MAC, Finance, etc. Nathan has also assessed various Ownership structures ranging from Employee Share Ownership Programmes, Broad-Based Ownership Schemes, Sale of Assets, Recognition of Ownership after the Sale or Loss of Shares by Black Participants, etc.
He has completed a certificate in Junior Bookkeeping achieved through ICB, and attended the B-BBEE Management Development Programme (MDP).
